Hunger-Free & Healthy
Hunger-Free & Healthy was a core project of the Worcester Food Policy Council, funded by The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts. The project was funded from 2007-2012. The project served as a catalyst for many projects and initiatives in Worcester, and brought together many groups and organizations to work towards common goals. While the project as a whole has come to an end, the components that we built together live on within the partner organizations.
